1. Download the "NfoSmart Referral Agreement" by clicking the download arrow immediately below.
2. Provide the information requested in the Referral Agreement. 
3. Sign the agreement and email the completed agreement to: stephonlee@nfosmart.com
4. Once the Referral Agreement is authorized by NfoSmart, you can start earning $50 for each qualified referral.
